Refund policy

Returns: Perishable items such as our salamis cannot be returned for health and safety reasons unless damaged or defective upon arrival. 

Replacements: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. 

Damaged Products 

If your order arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and product intact and notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. We will work promptly to provide a replacement or refund.
