Shipping Costs 

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of the order. Viva Carne is not responsible for additional customs or import duties for international shipments. 

Shipping Policy Note 

Viva Carne salamis are fermented, shelf-stable meats. While they do not require refrigeration for safety, we ship with ice to preserve quality during transit. Once received, refrigerate or store in a cool, dry place as desired. 

Delivery Timeframes 

We strive to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and shipping method selected but generally range from 3-5 business days domestically. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or external factors. To help maintain freshness and quality of our products, we only ship out on Monday - Thursday.
